The font used in the OU logo is Adobe Garamond pro Regular and Italic.
The trick to it is that UNIVERSITY and OKLAHOMA are in small caps and the tracking is set to -60.
This overlay shows how close I got without fine tuning the kerning. It shouldn’t be too hard to rebuild if you need to.
